I have compressed all known .sil maps from before into a handy dandy 7z file, here:

I strongly recommend that you not plop the full contents into level\download. I would advise you to only extract the maps you want to use. (the map list can become unmanageable otherwise.)

Also I fixed the map listing thing, and previews are shown, as well as scrolling music track. Please download the new zip off the download page. There was also an issue where the map hash was not being checked that was fixed which is important.

It is best to put the maps you really like into the /level/ folder, maps inside of /level/download/ can be overwritten by maps of the same name if you play one. All downloaded maps are also saved inside of /level/archive/ along with their sha1 hash so you can find different versions of the same map.

I've been trying a few of these maps and it looks like some of them actually crash the game.
