I have an idea that might keep things a little more balanced, encourage people to play more often, and might be helpful to the newbs. How about, every 4 months, all players are reset to level 0? As it stands, there are a number of members who have players with agent levels in the 40s (after level 30, you can not get any further bonuses). This means that when a new player joins, or someone wants to try a new agency, they are instantly waaaayyyyy outclassed by the senior levels. Also, as it is, people might feel like "I got to level 30, I won the game", but this way they have to keep coming back to keep it up.
Plus, sometimes its fun to have some low-level games, you have to play extra careful because the health will be lower. It will lead to a more varied and strategic game.
Maybe we can even have a "Top 5 Players" for each season so when the reset happens they will still have something to show for it.
